Vehicle Dynamics

Vehicle dynamics is to study the vehicle behaviors under the driving inputs on a designed ground surface. In our design practice, “Virtual Proving Ground” methodology is under development to simulate the structure response when it’s driven on the designed ground surface with different driver maneuvering schemes. The analysis can be applied to vehicle structure design when prototype is not available or to reduce the testing cost.
