Material Modeling

In general, CAE modeling errors come from the discretization of the CAE model and the approximation of the material behaviors. The discretization issues can be resolved by refining the model mesh, although the computational cost would be a hurdle to timeliness of job completion. Hence, the material modeling issue would be the most critical issue in terms of simulation accuracy. EARI has the CAE technology to model different materials from metals, polymers to composites.
