Multi-disciplinary Design Optimization (MDO)

To conduct the MDO analysis, design variables, performance constraints and objective functions need to be defined. In practice of our design process, all these terms need to be converted to (or should be) parameters. In general sense, all performance issues which can be quantified and parametrized, can be analyzed by using MDO methods. The MDO methodology has been applied in our cases from component to full vehicle designs.
