The design factors involve many details in manufacturing process, such as material microstructure layout, material mechanical and chemical properties, component optimized geometry and its mechanism under design loading and boundary conditions, the design functionality, the manufacturing cost and etc. To achieve a qualified component design, the characteristics of the concerned components need to be clearly understood.
